Françoise Maillard ( is Professor and Head of the Health Care Management Master and Certificates programs at Webster University Geneva since 2001. She earned her PhD, from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (Australia) and her MScN (Master of Science in Nursing) from the University of Rode Island (USA). At Webster she teaches theoretical fundamentals, research and practice methodologies with a transformative worldview. She is a lecturer in diverse international conferences (USA, Canada, Singapore, France, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland). As a researcher she leads Webster alumni conducting research in the field of nursing, healthcare and community. She was an active member of the health and social research network (RECSS). Member of diverse nursing professional and disciplinary associations, she is a benevolent member of the committee of the Ligue Genevoise contre le cancer (LGC) and past president.
