Theory and Practice
HRM courses combine theory and practice, and encourage students to apply the latest concepts and tools to real-life business situations to address current challenges in the field of human resources. Teaching methods mix an analytical approach with case methodology, lectures and discussions, oral presentations, written reports and individual research. Students will learn to think critically, adapt to changing circumstances, know themselves better and work effectively in teams while increasing their ability to make a significant impact in professional settings.
The MA in HRM can be taken on a full-time or a part-time basis. Full-time students take two courses a term for six terms (total of 14 months). Part-time students take one course a term for twelve terms (total of 28 months). The program is personalized and flexible to accommodate work and study.
