Educational Costs

Tuition for graduate students is charged per course. The fees for the academic year 2016-17 are CHF 3,150 per course (3-credits). Textbooks are included in this tuition fee (provided the student registers on time).

Total tuition fees per program:

MBA; MA Management & Leadership; MA Human Resources Management – CHF 38,850 (37 credits)
MA International Relations, MA International NGO – CHF 37,800 (36 credits)
MA Counseling – CHF 50,400 (48 credits)
Master en Gestion des Systèmes de Soins et de Santé – CHF 21,960 (tuition per course : CHF 1,830)

Webster University Geneva’s approximate educational expenses in Swiss Francs per academic year (Fall and Spring semester) are:

Tuition for 10 courses/30 credits (including textbooks) – 31,500 CHF
Housing - 12'000 CHF
Food - 10'000 CHF
Student health insurance - 1'000 CHF
City transportation - 600 CHF
Estimated total - 55'100 CHF

Other academic costs may be charged to the student account – for example media lab fees and academic travel. Details are available on the course syllabus.

Please note that tuition costs are adjusted each academic year by 1-4%. Webster University’s academic year extends from Summer term through the Spring semester.


Once accepted, in order to confirm your intent to attend Webster University Geneva, the next step is to pay a deposit of CHF 1,500.-. This deposit will confirm your plan to enroll, and permit Webster to preregister you for courses. The deposit will be deducted from your first term tuition.  


Graduate students may request housing in the Les Berges residence, situated in the center of Geneva. In order to reserve a place, we will kindly ask you to pay a deposit of CHF 1,000.-  For additional information, please see the Residential Life pages.

Scholarship and Financial Aid

Webster University Geneva offers a limited number of academic scholarships and/or financial aid grants to full-time students. Priority is given to undergraduate students. Awards may cover from 10% to 50% of tuition. According to University guidelines, academic scholarships or financial aid grants may not exceed 50% of tuition costs (approximately CHF 16,000).

Requesting a Financial Aid Grant

Once accepted to Webster University Geneva, we recommend that you submit your financial aid form and supporting documents by April 1st.  The application form can be requested from the admissions office. Financial Aid information is kept confidential and separate from students' admission and academic records. The Scholarship Committee meets every year in May, July and January.
