Prof. Kasia Jagodzinska

KJDr. Jagodzinska brings a wealth of international managerial experience from the EU, US and the United Arab Emirates. Having served as a business consultant and trainer, Dr. Jagodzinska worked with clients ranging from Unilever and Caterpillar to Hopital Universitaire Geneve (HUG) and the European Center of Negotiation in Paris, and has taught at universities in Switzerland, France and Poland. A highly effective communicator and successful business negotiator, repertoire of experience also includes work at the European Parliament (in cross-border mediation). Dr. Jagodzinska holds a Ph.D. in International Law, is multilingual (English, French, Polish, German) and has prior financial training from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Main areas of expertise: International Business Negotiations, Conflict Management, Effective Business Communication, Organizational Behavior, Training & Development and International Human Capital Development.

Prof. Michal Paserman

MPProf. Paserman is a research faculty member in Finance at Webster University Geneva. Prof. Paserman is the region’s premier expert in Behavioral Finance, and as the only Executive Education trainer on this topic based in Switzerland, her sessions are in high demand. She has served as a Director on the Boards of the listed companies Ampa Capital Ltd. and Ampa Investments Ltd., where she also acted as a Member of the Audit Committee. Previously, she was a Senior Economist at a Foreign Trade Insurance Company and worked as an economist in the international headquarters of TEVA Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Prof. Paserman holds a Ph.D. in International Economics from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. Her additional fields of interest currently include research on the Financial Crisis and Sovereign Debt.

Dr. Edward Boon

EBEdward Boon is a researcher and lecturer in marketing and entrepreneurship. His research interest covers the intersection between consumer behavior, social media and technology, and he has published papers in various peer-reviewed journals, including Psychology & Marketing, Business Horizons, and the Journal of Financial Services Marketing. His professional experience includes marketing positions at Procter & Gamble and online insurance broker First Europa. In 2017 he developed the educational marketing simulation game ‘Battle of the Brewers’. Edward Boon has a PhD in Industrial Marketing from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, and an MBA from Erasmus Rotterdam School of Management.

Dr. Glenn O’Neil

GONOver the past 15 years, Dr. O’Neil has been involved in some 100 reviews and evaluations in over 50 countries in Africa, Asia, the Americas and Europe. Mainly at the project or programme level for international organisations and NGOs, the reviews and evaluations focused largely on communications, advocacy and surge response in a range of sectors including media, development, civil society, youth, human rights, humanitarian aid and health. Dr. O’Neil’s role was often as team leader, but also as team member or providing methodological support (e.g. in developing surveys, indicators, theories of change and evaluation frameworks) or quality control (review and approval of methodology, tools and reports). Dr. O’Neil is also an experienced teacher, facilitator and trainer in media, communications, advocacy, evaluation methods and use for UN agencies, NGOs, universities and professional associations. Dr. O’Neil holds a PhD in social research and methodology from the London School of Economics and an Executive Masters in Communications Management.

Dr. Nicoletta Iacobacci

NIHead of Strategy and Future Media at the European Broadcasting Union until November 2014, she earned a PhD (summa cum laude) in 2015, focusing on Ethics and Emerging Technologies. A member of the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, she's a BAFTA guru and a Senior Advisor at Singularity University. She has curated five editions of TEDxTransmedia and nine European Broadcasting Union Summits. Currently, she works on robotics and affective science, teaches Emerging Media at Webster University Geneva, and is a visiting professor at Jinan University in Guangzhou, China.
