Committed to your success

With a faculty:student ratio of 1:13, at Webster you will receive the individual attention and support you need to thrive — academically, personally, and professionally. Indeed, we measure our success by that of our students’.

All of our classes are small, with no more than 25 students. So unlike at larger universities, you can easily ask questions and receive individual help in class, as well as share and discuss your views with other students.

In addition, our professors are always available to talk to students, both during and outside of class. They are sincerely concerned about your future, and happy to meet to discuss anything from difficulties with a particular subject to careers and personal issues.

Undergraduate students also receive individualized academic advising for help with choosing courses as well as guidance on academic policies and procedures.

“Since the classes are not big, there is a genuine interaction between students and professors. You get a lot more than in a big institution where you simply take lecture notes during class and then leave.”

Victor Owade
BA in International Relations, Certificate in Refugee Studies, 2006
