Flexible schedule, flexible program

Accommodating working professionals

Webster’s modular MA in Counseling program allows you to easily combine work and other commitments with your studies.

You can also tailor the program to your interests and needs. You will take 12 required courses and 4 electives to complete the degree. Not only do you have a choice of a large number of courses for the four electives, you can also choose projects and research based on your area of interest for all courses, including the 12 required courses. You can also choose a specialized area of counseling for your practicum and internship work.

All classes are conveniently held in the evening, from 18.30 - 22.30.

The MA in Counseling can be taken on a full-time or part-time basis:

  • Full-time: 2 courses per term for 8 terms (total of 16 courses)
  • Part-time: 1 course a term for 16 terms (total of 16 courses)

“One reason I chose Webster was because of the flexibility it offered. Courses are in the evening and the program is modular, with an American-style credit system. This allowed me to work full time and adapt my Master’s studies around my work commitments and lifestyle.”
