Teodora Duarte-Quilao joined Webster University Geneva (WUG) in 2019 as an adjunct faculty of the Health Care Management Master and Certificate Programs. She obtained her PhD in Nursing Science at the Graduate Center, City University of New York, CUNY and focused her dissertation on the phenomenon of the living experience of feeling listened to. She earned her MA at WUG and has more than 20 years of leadership in nursing in the healthcare system in Switzerland, specifically in mental health. She is currently a member of “the International Consortium of Parse Scholars”, “the Honor Society of Nursing Sigma Theta Tau International, and “the Association of Nurses in Switzerland (ASI).
