Françoise Maillard is Professor and Head of the Health Care Management Master and Certificates programs at Webster University Geneva since 2001. She earned her PhD from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (Australia) and her MScN (Master of Science in Nursing) from the University of Rhode Island (USA). At Webster she teaches theoretical fundamentals, research and practice methodologies with a transformative worldview. She frequently lectures at international conferences (USA, Canada, Singapore, France, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland).
