(WITH FORMS AND LINKS ACTIVE)
ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 23 AT NOON, GENEVA TIME
President Wilson Hotel is a lakefront hotel (on Quai Wilson), adjacent to the historic Palais Wilson, original headquarters of the League of Nations.
The Commencement and optional Reception will be held at the same venue (see below for further details).
Parking at the venue is payable upon arrival yet may be limited; with the number of guests we anticipate to attend, a taxi or uber to the hotel is recommended.
Graduating students (and eligible returning Alumni) are invited to a 3-hour Gourmet Reception at the President Wilson, following the ceremony (est. from about 12 noon). Your guests can be added for a contribution of CHF 30 per adult towards the catering (no charge for children 12 and under), which also includes an open bar.
The reception is scheduled for the terrasse on the pool deck (1st Floor), overlooking Lake Geneva (indoor option for inclement weather).
Traditional regalia (caps and gowns) are rented for CHF 100 (at the cost of CHF 50 plus a CHF 50 deposit, which is returned right after the ceremony and group photo at the venue itself, when you return your gown).
Your Regalia is ordered by Webster upon your registration to the ceremony. We will fit you to a gown upon your arrival to the President Wilson Hotel on Saturday morning.
Caps are new and designated for one-time use (so you can keep it - and your tassle - after the ceremony). They are designed with elastic as "one size fits all".
